Well this is unfortunate, but we’re here to help you out.

Requirements for exchange:

1. Item has to be bought within 7 days from date of purchase.

2. Item has to be in unused condition with original packaging.

3. Nutritional products are non-exchangeable.

Please bring your purchase  to Tay Junction @ Bukit Timah along with a printed copy of your receipt. Feel free to drop us an email at info@tayjunction.com.sg for further clarifications.

Products in stock typically take 2-3 working days but if time is of the essence, it would be advisable to drop us an email at info@tayjunction.com.sg for a better estimation.

You must have your original receipt.

The warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. 

Bikes

  • Limited lifetime warranty on bicycles not intended for downhill purposes.
  • Limited 3-year warranty on bicycles intended for downhill purposes.
  • Limited 1-year warranty on paint & decal finishes and other Giant branded components such as wheels, handlebar, steam.
  • Warranty for non-Giant branded components are based on respective brand's warranty policy. 
  • Wear and tear parts on the product is not covered under any warranty. (E.g. Tires, chains, brakes, cables, chainring, casette, in situation where there is no material defect or error in assembly.)
  • Damage or defect as a result of an accident or improper usage and installation are not covered.

Limited Remedy

  • Defective parts will be replaced with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Giant. 
  • In no event shall Giant be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.

Helmet

  • The warranty covers your helmets for 2 years from manufacturing defects. Limar also offers a lifetime 50% crash replacement when your ride goes sideways.
