Well this is unfortunate, but we’re here to help you out.

Requirements for exchange:

1. Item has to be bought within 7 days from date of purchase.

2. Item has to be in unused condition with original packaging.

3. Only items excluding Bikes and Frames are exchangeable.


Please bring your purchase  to Tay Junction @ Bukit Timah along with a printed copy of your receipt. Feel free to drop us an email at for further clarifications.

If the item is in stock, it would typically take 2-3 working days.

The warranty period varies by part and brand. 

  • For Limar helmets, the warranty covers your helmets for 2 years from manufacturing defects. Limar also offers a lifetime 50% crash replacement when your ride goes sideways.
